Reaching for 10 Pull ups

Well, I tried to change up my workout by aiming for more pull ups, actually 15 pull ups. So here goes..

Workout:
3 sets of MAX Pull ups:
14/11/10
2 minute rest in between

3 sets of:
10 Hanging leg raises
10 leg raises
10 hip raises
10 dragon flag raises
5 front lever swings
15-20 second L-sit hold

3 sets of MAX Dips:
20/18/15
2 minute rest in between

Random sets of Pull ups:
10/10/10

Sprinting 6 sets of:
30 second sprint with 30 second rest.

Raining Workout

It rained really hard this morning but I still decided to work out a bit! Here goes:

Workout:
4 sets of:
10/10/10/8 Pull ups
10/10/10/10 Pseudo Planche Push ups
2 times 30 second sprint and 30 second rest

No rest in here

3 sets of:
10 Hanging leg raises
10 leg raises
10 dragon flag raises
5 hanging v-raise

300 Push Ups

Yup, tried something odd today just to change it up!

Try this one out, 300 push ups

I was able to do it in 19minutes and I think it's pretty bad, but try it out yourself!
